Return and Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us via contact form or send us an email at [email protected] with photos and info about the defect. We will send you a new item free of charge (exception for the US orders, unfortunatelly due to high shipping fees you will be asked to pay 100% of the next shipment). The same applies for items lost during shipment.
Other than that, all orders are non-refundable. In case you have any concerns or qquestions, feel free to reach out!
Wrong address
If you typed your address wrong or you moved by the time your order got shipped, please contact us right away. If your order got shipped already, we can send it again to the correct address after you pay 50% of the cost of your original order and for the shipping once again. You will get refunded the 50% once the lost order gets back to us.
Please keep that in mind while placing your order and type everything carefully.
US tarriffs and other international shiping fees
The situation is tricky and changes everyday so as new info reaches us, this page will be updated. As of the day 12.11.2025, tarriffs may apply to US customers and are not prepaid by us. If tarriffs are placed on your order, please contact your local authorities, otherwise your order may get stuck in customs and later send back. We do not take any resopnsibility for additional fees/taxes/VAT that may apply in your country.
We do not ship to Russia, Palestine and Israel.
How long will it take to receive the order?
After you place your order, it will take max. 2 weeks for us to pack it and ship it. Once your order is shippped, it may take:
2-5 days to arrive to Poland,
7-14 days to arrive to European countires,
2-8 weeks (sometimes more) to arrive to US, Australia, Asia and other non-European countries.
If your order doesn’t arrive after 2 months after shipping, please contact us.
Tracking
Orders shipped via courier or InPost will be trackable. Standard shipping is via post mail and does not have tracking.
Can you sign my order?
Yes! If you wish so, please write that in the notes to your order.
